Patient Roster
The patient roster tab provides a comprehensive view of all patients currently listed on your organization’s patient roster.
Patient Roster: Overview
| Your patient roster tab includes all patients listed on the most recent version of your organization's attribution file that has been provided to you. Patients who have experienced care events across the Bamboo Health community will be displayed at the top of your patient roster list. Those who have not experienced care events to date can be found by filtering to the current status of no current status. |
Search for Patients
| Searching for a patient is quick and easy; simply navigate to your patient roster tab and enter the patient’s name in the search field. You will then see the patient(s) that match your search. To improve accuracy, you can include the patient's date of birth in the search criteria. |
Is a patient missing from your patient roster? Just reach out to your account administrator and request that a patient be added!
Update my Patient Roster
| PatientPing has a specific roster tool template that you can use to submit and update your patient roster, which is managed by your organization's patient roster team. The template includes information about the patient's profile, their care program, and their care instructions. |
To update, add or remove any information listed on your patient roster, simply reach out to your account administrator.
Sort By Patients'
| You can sort a patient list by first name, last name, date of current status, and visit duration. You can also select the order of your sorted list; you can either view from newest to oldest, or oldest to newest. |
